Last week I tried to purchase some portfolio stocks at reduced prices. Here's what I bought and why.

I mentioned last week that stocks can often become mispriced due to end of financial year selling.

The motivation for these sales are usually to realise tax losses to offset against some prior gains.

That provides a good opportunity for long term investors to pick up new holdings at attractive pricing.
