I get the sense something big is about to break.

The most likely scenario would be an escalation in. the Russia Ukraine war which would serve as a convenient distraction from the state of the global financial system.

We can't do anything to change that but there are 'insurance' policies that are worth considering.

We've discussed some of them previously with a strategy of dollar cost averaging into building a protective stake.

My sense now, is that the time to have accumulated that defensive position is drawing near.

That's why I made some additional purchases this past week.
