Taxes Taking Their Toll
I just enjoyed a lovely function as a guest of the Australian Hotels Association. As a past publican, there'
The Olympics are under threat from Islamic nutjobs and assorted losers. When will Australia learn from the migration mistakes of Europe?
As someone who has generally enjoyed elite sports, I have less and less interest in the Olympic Games.
I understand how hard the athletes work to get there, but with many sports, we can see better competition in the professional leagues.
Part of the disillusionment is that an increasing number of professional sports are now in the Olympics—golf, tennis, and basketball, just to name a few.
I don't attach the same importance to an Olympic basketball gold medal as an NBA Championship ring, for example.
What I do enjoy are the unheralded athletes who have their moment to strut the world stage. I also like how we all become 'armchair experts' on any sport when an Aussie is in contention for a Gold medal.
However, even if I were enthralled with the Olympic Games, you'd have a mighty battle getting me to Paris to watch it.
That's because Paris, like so many other European cities, is lost to the Islamists, and that spells danger for the rest of us.
Already, we have seen news of one Australian woman being pack r*ped by 'men of African appearance' while Australian athletes have been advised not to wear their uniform outside of the village for safety reasons.
That reminds me of when Australian Defence personnel were advised not to wear their uniforms in Australia around the time a Muslim nutter was killing people in Sydney's Lindt chocolate shop.
Then we've got the nutters from terrorist group Hamas. They are the butchers who kidnapped and killed Israelis on October 7 last year.
Here's a special 'welcome to country' video they've produced promising 'rivers of blood in Paris'.
This is the same mob that has an assortment of leftist lunatics, anti-semites and queer folk launching solidarity campaigns throughout the West.
