The Blueprint to Save the Nation from Net Zero

The Blueprint to Save the Nation from Net Zero

The Coalition has finally — finally — dragged itself away from the catastrophic Net Zero fraud. But simply announcing a change of heart won’t undo the economic vandalism already unleashed and end the madness. If the Coalition is serious, it must go on the offensive and tear down the Net Zero Scam brick by brick.

Below are the first 10 steps in my 20-step blueprint. Every Coalition MP should memorise them and fire them off every day between now and the next election if Australia is to be saved. (The remaining ten will be released in Confidential Daily next week.)

1. Climate Has Always Changed, Only Fools Pretend Otherwise
The smug question, “Do you believe in climate change?” is an insult. The correct reply is brutal and simple:“Tell me a time in history when the climate didn’t change.”
History records the Roman Warming, the Little Ice Age, and a global cooling scare in the 1970s. Ten thousand years ago, you could walk to Tasmania, then the seas rose over 100 metres and cut Tasmania off from the mainland, stranding the Aborigines who had walked there. Somehow I don’t think coal-fired power stations were to blame.
Anyone pretending the climate was once stable is either ignorant or dishonest.

2. Net Zero Is an Economy-Wide Destroying Straitjacket
Net Zero is not just about electricity. It targets every sector: agriculture, transport, industry, freight, aviation, defence. Electricity is only 30% of Australia’s emissions.
Supporting Net Zero means endorsing the destruction of the beef, sheep, and dairy industries. It means ending affordable air travel for ordinary Australians and turning tourism-dependent Pacific nations into economic hostages ripe for Chinese influence.
The next time someone claims “I support Net Zero,” ask them to spell out, in detail, what the plan is for agriculture to hit Net Zero ?
They can’t. They won’t. They have no plan.

3. Teach Australia’s Real Climate History, Not Sanitised Propaganda
Young Australians are being gaslit into believing the past climate was “safe and stable”. Absolute fantasy. This continent has always been a land of droughts and flooding rains.
We should commemorate our worst climate disasters every year, and these historic events should be taught in every school and part of a revised national curriculum:
Deadliest cyclone: 1899 Cyclone Mahina
Worst bushfires: 1851 Black Thursday, 1939 Black Friday, 1967 Tasmanian fires
Hottest days on the East Coast: 1909 Bourke (51.7°C), 1939 Wilcannia (50°C)
Deadliest flood: 1852 Gundagai
Worst floods: 1955 Hunter Valley, 1893 Brisbane
Longest heatwave: 1924 Marble Bar — 160 days above 100°F

4. No, Climate Disasters Are Not Increasing
The claim that climate disasters are increasing is a lie, repeated often enough to scare people who never look at the data.
Even using EMDAT, despite its flawed methods and bias toward over-counting disasters by making no allowance for the increasing population (up 33% since the year 2000), the long-term trend shows no increase in the number of climate disasters.
The alarmist narrative collapses the moment you look at actual numbers and data instead of the hysterical headlines.

5. Humans Are Safer From Climatic Extremes Than Ever — And Fossil Fuels Made That Possible
Children are being terrorised by doomsday propaganda telling them climate change is already killing millions, and they are next!
Reality says the opposite: Climate-related deaths have dropped by over 95% in the last century.
Not because the climate became nicer, but because cheap, reliable energy made modern civilisation possible.
Alarmists have it back to front. Fossil fuels didn’t take a once-safe and stable climate and make it dangerous. It’s the exact opposite. Fossil fuels took an ever dangerous and unstable climate and made it much safer.
Fossil fuels didn’t “ruin” a paradise. They civilised a hostile world.

6. The “97% Consensus” Is a Manufactured Hoax
The so-called “97% consensus” is nothing more than a fabricated myth. It is scientifically meaningless. A marketing slogan dressed up as authority, created by statistical fraud.
Its message is clear: “Switch off your brain, let us do the thinking for you and obey.”
There is no universal consensus. Thousands of scientists reject climate alarmism outright. Suppressing dissent is not science; it’s indoctrination.

7. Warming Helps Humanity
We should be celebrating the end of the Little Ice Age, one of the coldest and deadliest eras in human history.
Cold kills seven times more people than heat. A slightly warmer world is not a catastrophe, it is a blessing. It saves lives.

8. Insurance Costs Are Being Weaponised
Insurance companies love hiding behind “climate change” to mask skyrocketing reconstruction costs, over-development on coastlines, and growing property values.
When losses are properly adjusted for GDP, the long-term trend is slightly downwards.
Australia’s recent insurance spike has everything to do with construction inflation and nothing to do with the climate.

9. Labor’s $275 Electricity Lie Must Haunt Them Every Day
Albanese won power on a lie: a promise of “$275 cheaper electricity bills.” Not only did prices fail to fall, they surged.
If Labor can’t predict electricity prices two years ahead, they have no credibility forecasting the global climate 30 years ahead.
Their lie must be hammered relentlessly. Every day. Every interview. Every Parliament sitting.

10. Chris Bowen: The Weakest Link and the Biggest Liability
Chris Bowen is the single most incompetent minister in modern Australian politics. His ignorance is only surpassed by this arrogance.
He is reckless, and hopelessly out of his depth, he has failed in every portfolio he’s ever touched.
He doesn’t understand energy engineering, economics, or grid stability, yet he presumes to be a genius redesigning the nation’s electricity system.
Everything Bowen touches turns to custard. Australia’s energy system is next.
And now he’s a part-time politician, moonlighting as the head of Turkey’s COP31 junket. The Coalition should be calling for his resignation on a daily basis.

Thought for the Day

“Hastie told me he wants to restore the Menzian big tent in a way that energises people under the age of 40. ‘We are very old as a party,’ he said, referring to the Liberals’ present membership and constituency, then warned that, without change, ‘we should expect to become extinct at some point’.”
