'They' are the climate change zealots, of course.
Not content with attacking and undermining our prosperity, now the sins of leisure are under threat.
"The negative impacts of tourism on the environment have become so severe that some are suggesting drastic changes to our travel habits are inevitable."
That's the take from failing cable news station CNN, commenting on a 2023 report analysing the future of sustainable travel.
The report is by Intrepid Travel and suggests that 'carbon passports' are a must if the travel industry is to survive.
A carbon passport is a bit like the vaccine passport they tried to impose on us.
Only, instead of confirming you are a jabbed sheep, this new document of control will track how much of your annual carbon allowance you have left.
