SpaceX (again) Catches Starship Booster with 'Chopsticks' for Second Time
Far from just ticking a diversity box, a recent Apple store experience opened my mind to the art of the possible.
After yesterday's technical failure, I set off to buy a new computer today.
For good or for bad, I am an Apple fan and have been happily using their products for years. They've always worked straight out of the box without any issues - until they don't work any more.
That's usually two normal tech lifetimes as the computers move from business to family members within our household.
On that history, I set off to the Apple store in Adelaide to see what I needed from their new models.
The experience was as professional and customer-centric as ever, but there was one aspect of the process I had never seen before.
The service professional who helped me wasn't one of the young, cool and hip tech crew who are usually buzzing about the store.
