Who Wants to be a Millionaire?

According to Investment Bank Credit Suisse,  the number of millionaires in the world jumped by nearly ten percent last year.

There are now more than  56 million people with a net worth of $1 million or more. But wealth is actually relative and what is extreme wealth in one country is barely middle class in another.
