We've all heard that life begins at 40 but I think true peace and happiness kicks in a decade later.

I had the joy of catching up with people I haven't seen for ages on the weekend. In some cases it had been decades since we'd last connected.
The occasion was a 50th birthday celebration. A milestone I passed a couple of years back.
It was loads of fun but also provided an insight into how we change over the years. I don't mean how we age physically, but how many find peace and contentment at a certain time of life.
