Yesterday I shivered my way to betterment!

Actually, I don't know if I am truly better for the experience but I certainly took myself out of my comfort zone and tried to learn something new.

And it seems there is no better time to learn the principles of enjoying the benefits of immersion in freezing water than the depths of winter.
